Keldin Engineering is a privately owned Irish mechanical and electrical engineering specialist operating across Ireland, Europe and the UK. We deliver M&E packages on industrial, logistics, data centre.

About the Role
This is Keldin's first dedicated marketing hire. You'll take full ownership of our brand, recruitment marketing, and external communications, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll be setting up the function as much as running it — this suits someone who can build a process from scratch, not just execute an existing one.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day custodian of the Keldin brand: logo, colours, typography, and compliance across all external material
• Build and maintain our LinkedIn presence and other social channels, including content planning and scheduling
• Develop recruitment marketing material for open roles, working with the MD and Operations Director
• Manage website content, brochures, case studies, and tender support material
• Coordinate site photography (PPE-compliant, factual, non-staged)
• Manage the marketing budget and report on spend against plan

Essential Criteria

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within construction, engineering, or another B2B sector
• Experience managing recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns
• Experience producing case studies, brochures, and tender support material
• Confident user of LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms, including content scheduling tools
• Ability to write clearly and professionally for a technical, engineering audience

Desirable

• Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
• Full, clean driving licence (occasional site visits)
• Experience with website CMS platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Location & Travel
Based at our Ennis office, with occasional travel to project sites across Ireland, EU and UK
