The Role

You will work alongside EverBold’s consultants on a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands-on role covering campaign planning, implementation, reporting and ongoing client communication.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of their work and develop experience across several digital marketing channels.

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email and content marketing.
  • Work with EverBold’s consultants to establish campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear performance reports and communicate results and recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and help develop strong, productive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on campaign strategy, content and implementation.
  • Create, schedule and manage social media and digital content.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables and communicate promptly where risks or delays arise.
  • Manage multiple client projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing platforms, technology and industry best practice.

Essential Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, communications or another related discipline.
  • Practical experience in digital marketing, gained through employment, internships or substantial project work.
  • Direct hands-on experience creating, launching and optimising paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrable hands-on knowledge of at least one additional relevant area, such as Google Ads, SEO, organic social media, email marketing, e-commerce or content marketing.
  • The ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new platforms, channels and techniques.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable Experience

Experience with some of the following would be beneficial:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • TikTok Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Ahrefs or comparable SEO software
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Canva
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Agency or client-facing work
  • E-commerce marketing

What We Offer

  • Salary of €28,000–€40,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A fully remote position available to candidates throughout Ireland.
  • Training and ongoing professional development.
  • Clear opportunities for career progression as the agency grows.
  • Experience across a varied portfolio of clients and industries.
  • The opportunity to contribute ideas and influence how campaigns are delivered.
  • Company events and team activities.
  • A flexible start date.

Application Process

As part of the application, you will be asked to answer several screening questions about your direct experience across different digital marketing channels.
