Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a well-known not-for-profit organisation based in Cork. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, analysing and reporting on the digital marketing engagement strategy to engage varying stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent role and will be based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the organisation’s digital and e-commerce marketing strategy, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop digital campaigns and strategies that support fundraising, awareness, and organisational objectives.
  • Manage and optimise website content, user experience, SEO, stakeholder access, and GDPR compliance.
  • Create engaging digital content, including copy, graphics, videos, and photography, to support campaigns and communications.
  • Oversee all online income streams (e-commerce, donations, raffles, merchandise, and digital fundraising), monitoring performance and growth opportunities.
  • Plan, create, manage, and evaluate social media content and paid digital advertising across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance against KPIs, implementing improvements to maximise results.
  • Design and produce marketing materials and provide digital training and support to fundraising branches and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with direct response marketing experience within the not-for-profit or purpose-led sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital strategy, campaign planning, and multi-channel delivery.
  • Experience managing or collaborating on website content and development.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them.
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns, ideally using segmentation or automation tools.
  • A solid grasp on how e-commerce platforms work and how to increase online sales.
  • Experience running social media ad campaigns and confidence in using analytics platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
