KNOW THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Digital Content Executive to join the Brown Thomas Arnotts Multichannel team.
Working within the Digital Content team, you’ll play an important role in bringing our brands, campaigns and product launches to life across our digital channels. You’ll contribute to the content process from idea generation and planning through to creation, publishing and scheduling, working closely with web designers and the wider team to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh editorial ideas and creative content formats to the team, sourcing inspiration and contributing ideas that keep our digital content exciting, relevant and commercially effective.
A key part of the role will be creative copywriting, ensuring that content across Brown Thomas Arnotts online consistently reflects our brand tone of voice. You’ll create engaging, on-brand copy across our website, email and app, balancing creativity with the commercial needs of the business.
This role plays a key part in bringing our Reinventing Retail vision to life, helping customers discover products, brands and experiences across every stage of their digital journey. You’ll be responsible for ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time, including the production and scheduling of website, email and app content.
You’ll work with a number of systems and platforms as part of your day-to-day role, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ClickUp, Outlook and our bespoke in-house applications. No prior experience with these systems is required - we’re looking for someone with the creativity, attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn.

- A creative thinker with a genuine interest in digital content for fashion/beauty/lifestyle luxury retail
- A strong writer with a clear grasp of spelling, grammar and the finer points of written content
- A good visual and aesthetic eye, with an understanding of what works in a digital environment
- Someone who is curious, proactive and confident in bringing new ideas and inspiration to the team
- A highly organised individual, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Someone comfortable working collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders
- Confident to contribute to meetings, troubleshoot and escalate challenges to ensure delivery runs smoothly

A positive and professional approach, with a willingness to go the extra mile
Skills
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with excellent spelling, grammar ability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge of retail / luxury is preferable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Self-motivated, and eagerness to learn and upskill
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Experience with ClickUp and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferable
