We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our Media team liaising with internal teams and external media agency to fulfil campaign needs that involve daily campaign trafficking, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and full reporting responsibility. You will ensure that all deadlines are met and that 100% accuracy is maintained across all administration tasks.



What you'll do

  • Being the point of contact between in-house and media agency any digital activity needed to manage campaigns, including reporting, uploading and monitoring.
  • Weekly meetings with internal Digital Production & Social Media Teams to finalised paid digital calendar.
  • Quickly becoming an expert with the guidance of senior members in ad platforms to take on more responsibilities.
  • Monitoring budgets, media spend and performance pacing across many different social platforms.
  • Running quality assurance checks against media agency campaign set ups, to ensure all social ads are set up according to best practices.
  • Monitoring the competitive environment and reporting findings to internal teams.
  • Project manage small campaigns from start to finish with media partners, to ensure activity including native, display, social, video or events meet briefing and delivery deadlines.
  • Work with the buying teams across Food and Non-Food to identify key hero items that we’d like to push in store through media activations.
  • Working with many different teams, verticals and platforms at the same time providing recommendations and solving technical challenges.
  • Pulling reports and setting up dashboard reports as needed.
  • Developing insights and recommendations on changes to make in campaigns to improve performance.
  • Assist Managers with native content, paid social media planning, paid display planning and content and reporting.
  • Manage part of the media team’s billing, invoicing and PO processing.

What you'll need

  • Someone who has strong organisation skills. Knowing how to prioritise tasks, projects and manage people is a huge part of this role.
  • Someone who is detail-oriented person – attention to detail is vital in this role, particularly with billing, budget management, and campaign changes.
  • Someone who can take initiative. We love to see people thinking outside the box or seeking out solutions to a problem.
  • Someone who has strategic thinking and is data driven. Someone who is able to analyse numbers and deliver insights based on what is performing best and make recommendations based on data to improve the results.
  • Someone who is self-motivated and can organize their day and manage their own time.
  • Willing to track time and able to communicate with the team status of projects through the project management portal.
  • Concrete general knowledge of (and passion for) all areas of digital marketing and media
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, Gmail is desirable.
  • Experience in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads is a must.
  • Not required but good to have some experience in Traditional Media .
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar digital role.
