Full job description

We are seeking an organised, reliable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our busy team in Dingle. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and will involve working closely with customers, drivers, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer phone calls and processing orders
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing invoices, statements, and general office paperwork
  • Scheduling and coordinating deliveries
  • Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with stock monitoring and supplier communications
  • General administrative duties and office support
  • Supporting management with reports and operational administration

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous office administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a transport, logistics or agricultural related business would be an advantage

Pay: €27,000.00-€31,200.00 per year
