About the Role

You will join a compassionate team providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in welcoming healthcare environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care, meals, and mobility

  • Supporting nursing staff and monitoring residents’ wellbeing

  • Encouraging social and recreational activities

  • Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 weeks of recent Irish healthcare experience (essential)

  • FETAC Level 5 qualification — at least three modules completed

  • Experience working with intellectual disabilities (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated attitude

Location: Cork City & Surrounding Areas

Rates of Pay: €15.00 – €20.00 per hour
