Graduate Project Manager – Construction Consultancy - Dublin City Centre

About the Company

This company are a real estate development and construction consultancy based in the heart of Dublin. They manage large-scale, high-profile projects across the commercial office, residential, hospitality, and logistics sectors on behalf on their clients.

As a graduate PM you will learn directly from their team including Senior Project Managers and Directors in a supportive environment built to accelerate your career.

The Role

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will assist in orchestrating the full lifecycle of major construction and real estate development projects from initial feasibility and planning right through to execution and final handover.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist PMs and seniors PM in tracking project milestones, managing project schedules, and compiling critical progress reports
  • Stakeholder Management: Help maintain clear communication and collaboration between clients, design teams, main contractors, and public bodies
  • Commercial & Risk Controls: Support cost control, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering processes
  • Site & Design Exposure: Attend site meetings and design workshops, gaining a deep understanding of day-to-day site dynamics and engineering challenges
  • Contract Administration: Gain exposure acting on behalf of clients under various standard forms of contract (including Employer’s Representative roles)

What They Are Looking for

  • Education: A recent honours degree (Level 8 or higher) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management , or a related built-environment discipline. A Master’s degree would be a distinct advantage
  • Drive & Motivation: A highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in the commercial and strategic sides of successful and efficient project delivery
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable asking questions and managing diverse personalities
  • Prior Exposure: Any internship or placement experience with a main contractor, consultancy, or developer is highly valued but not strictly required
