Full job description

DOH Proper Pizza is looking for a reliable part-time Pizza Chef to join our team in Limerick.

This is a mixed role combining pizza preparation and kitchen work with driving our company van between our two Limerick stores. Applicants must hold a full driving licence that is valid in Ireland and be comfortable driving a small commercial van.

THE ROLE

  • Preparing, stretching and topping pizzas
  • Cooking pizzas consistently and to a high standard
  • Completing daily kitchen preparation
  • Maintaining strong food safety and cleaning standards
  • Loading and driving the company van between our two stores
  • Delivering stock safely and on schedule
  • Supporting the kitchen team during busy services

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous pizza or busy kitchen experience is preferred
  • A full driving licence valid in Ireland is essential
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work without constant supervision
  • Comfortable working at pace during busy services
  • Good attention to detail and consistent work standards
  • Available for a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
  • Legally entitled to work in Ireland
