- We Win Together We Imagine Boldly & Build Fast
THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Support Desk Engineer
LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week in the office)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: Up to €40K + 10% bonus, depending on experience
We're looking for a proactive and technically curious Support Desk Engineer to join Ding's Infrastructure team in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and working across a modern cloud-first technology environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our employees have the tools, systems, and support they need to do their best work, while helping maintain the reliability, security, and scalability of Ding's global IT infrastructure.
Working closely with our Infrastructure team, you'll support a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Zoom, cloud-based systems, and end-user devices. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from user support and identity management to security initiatives and infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of issues, and is excited to learn and grow within a fast-paced technology company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Providing day-to-day IT support across the business, ensuring employees have the tools and systems they need to work effectively.
- Supporting Level 1 and Level 2 requests across end-user devices, telephony, monitoring tools, and enterprise systems.
- Managing user identities and access, including Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, enterprise applications, and cloud-based platforms.
- Helping to maintain a secure IT environment by implementing security best practices and responding to potential threats.
- Contributing to the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of cloud-focused technologies and infrastructure.
- Supporting compliance initiatives and industry standards, including ISO27001 and PCI DSS. Managing hardware procurement, device setup, deployment, and lifecycle management for employees across the business.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online,
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365)
- Strong experience in providing end-user support
- Experience managing modern desktop environments with Intune.
- Windows 10 - configuration, operation and management
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Experience working with VC technologies such as Zoom Experience working with PowerShell to automate tasks is a plus.
YOU WILL LOVE WORKING AT DING IF
- You want your work to mean something. We move real money for real people — families sending support across borders and communities staying connected.
- You thrive with ownership, not instruction. At Ding, you’ll shape the work, not just deliver it.
- You’re energised by complexity and excited by international growth at scale.
- You enjoy combining creativity, performance marketing and data-driven decision making.
- You want to work with people who are collaborative, direct and genuinely supportive. You’re excited by the intersection of paid media, automation and AI-powered workflows.
LIFE AT DING
We’re building something that genuinely matters and we want the environment to reflect that. You’ll get real ownership from day one, work with a diverse global team across 25+ nationalities, and be part of a culture that is high-performance without being high-ego.
Beyond the work itself, we’ve designed our benefits around flexibility, longevity and genuine quality of life:
✦ YOLO Days & Dingversary Leave
✦ Hybrid working — Dublin HQ + WFH
✦ Work Abroad Programme (30 days/year)
✦ Pension & private healthcare
✦ Wellness programme & regular events
✦ Learning & development support
✦ A mission you can be proud of
✦ A genuinely global team & culture
