Your New Company

Your new organisation is a highly respected international construction contractor. They require an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in West Dublin (not a clean room environment, an admin building). This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-profile project.
Working alongside a highly experienced project team, you will be responsible for managing CSA activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in line with programme requirements.

Details of The Role

As CSA Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination and execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages across the project life cycle.
You will predominantly be responsible for overseeing structural steel installation works, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and programme delivery while coordinating closely with multiple subcontractors and site teams.
There is at least 2 years' work on this project, and it is initially paid on an hourly rate basis (Up to €50.00 per hour).

  • Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
  • Supervise all structural steel installation activities on site
  • Coordinate steel erection crews and specialist subcontractors
  • Monitor progress against programme milestones and site schedules
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate crane and lifting operations alongside appointed personnel

  • Liaise with project management, engineering, and construction teams

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Previous experience supervising structural steel / RC frame installation works
  • Strong understanding of steel erection methods and construction sequencing
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience in delivering large scale projects across data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large commercial project experience would be advantageous(as an on-site supervisor / foreman /site manager).

What You'll Get in Return

In return for this, you will work for one of Ireland's largest and most prestigious contractors who specialise in the Data Centre and Pharmaceutical environments.
They have a large presence in Dublin and several European locations - opening the door to long-term prospects in Ireland or further afield.
They have a reputation for quality, expertise and best practices for their multinational clients. You will work alongside well-established site teams with support on site for any technical details. You will mainly be on site and not in the office.
You will be paid on an hourly basis with 45-50 hours, typically what is worked. This hourly rate can be as a PAYE worker with all holidays, bank holidays, statutory sick pay and pension available. Or alternatively, on a self-employed basis. Hourly rate budgets are up to €50.00 per hour for every hour worked.
(Up to €120,000 hours worked)

  • There are long-term prospects and progression opportunities available.
  • Working in a recession-proof environment where capital spending remains high.
  • This is a great organisation and a role to be a part of.
