The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels is recruiting for a full time Garden Room Breakfast Waiter.


Please note, this will be an early shift covering breakfast.


Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Working alongside an experienced team, you will be offered plenty of training. This is a really rewarding role on a team where you can be assured of a warm welcome!


Your role as Garden Room Breakfast Waiter will include:


  • Preparation of our restaurant for breakfast service
  • Service of breakfast to our guests to Merrion standard
  • Anticipation of the guests’ needs
  • Active communication with to all members
  • Setting of our restaurant for lunch


You will also need to:

  • Have an excellent knowledge of menu items.
  • Have an efficient understanding of MICROS.
    • Display a professional manner at all times to provide the guest with the highest level of service.

The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!


Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
