Full job description

Café assistant Manager required for new cafe opening in Swinford Co.Mayo this November.

The assistant Manager with the main Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the cafe.

Duties include opening/closing of the cafe, staff Management, rostering/scheduling, cash handling/til recording, ordering of supplies and general maintenance of the cafe, HACCP experience is essential, with an emphasis on cleanliness and organisation.

Food/Barista experience is essential with a strong focus on both coffees/teas and food.
