Our expertise spans across office coffee solutions, hospitality, and retail, ensuring our clients receive the best coffee experience with reliable support. Committed to innovation and sustainability, we work closely with our partners to enhance their coffee offerings while delivering exceptional quality and efficiency.

As a Coffee Solutions Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences while managing and nurturing client relationships. This role blends hands-on barista expertise with account management, ensuring clients receive the highest quality coffee solutions. You’ll be responsible for product education, training, and maintaining strong partnerships with our customers along with developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Expertise & Training:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, showcasing expert barista skills.
  • Provide training and education on coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct tastings and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, coffee innovations, and sustainability practices.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they have the best coffee setup and experience.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot coffee-related issues, and offer solutions tailored to client requirements.

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings, coffee tastings, and presentations to showcase coffee beans, equipment and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored coffee solutions for businesses.
  • Assist in developing proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing new coffee products, equipment, or services.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment.
  • Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for coffee, with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Basic technical knowledge of coffee machines and grinders (desirable)
  • Full Clean Driving Licence

Package

Basic of €40,000 pa plus an additional performance bonus. Company van and phone will also be provided.
