Join Our Team as a Supervisor at Jack & Jones

About Us:

Jack & Jones is one of Europe’s leading producers of menswear, with over 1000 stores across 38 countries. Our brand is synonymous with high-quality fashion, and we are excited to bring our newest store to Dundrum. Totally refit in new location in the centre.

Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you will:

•     Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in the daily operations of our store
•     Lead by example, managing and motivating a team of 5-9 team members to provide exceptional customer service.
•     Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
•     Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
•     Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
•     Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
•     Manage stock levels and organization, ensuring the store is always well-presented.
•     Liaise with head office and management on various business aspects and provide regular performance reports.
•     Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Necessary Skills/Experience:

•     Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
•     Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
•     A track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
•     Experience in training and developing team members.
•     Expertise in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
•     Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
•     A keen interest in fashion and staying updated with current trends.
•     A positive attitude, driven personality, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
•     Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
