Jack & Jones is one of Europe’s leading menswear brands, with more than 1,000 stores across 38 countries. We’re looking for a passionate Senior Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join our team at our stunning, newly refurbished flagship store in Dundrum Shopping Centre.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store by:

* Leading, coaching and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

* Driving sales, productivity and KPI performance.

* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.

* Creating an engaging store environment through strong visual merchandising.

* Managing stock, deliveries and maintaining excellent store standards.

* Handling customer queries professionally and confidently.

* Taking ownership of daily operations whenever required.

* Building a positive, energetic culture where both customers and colleagues enjoy being.

* Ensuring company policies, health & safety standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.

We’re looking for someone who

* Has previous experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Team Leader in fashion or fast-paced retail.

* Is a confident leader who motivates and develops people.

* Has a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI targets.

* Is passionate about customer service and leading from the front.

* Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Loves fashion and understands current trends.

* Brings energy, positivity and a hands-on attitude every day.

* Is flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
