At Boston Scientific, we’ll give you the opportunity to harness all that’s within you by working in teams of diverse and high-performing employees, tackling some of the most important health industry challenges. With access to the latest tools, information and training, we’ll help you in advancing your skills and career. Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.

About The Role:

Are you curious, proactive, highly organised, and ready to build your career in commercial capabilities? At Boston Scientific, we are looking for an ambitious graduate to support the design, development, coordination, and delivery of capability-building initiatives across EMEA, spanning sales, clinical sales, and marketing.

This varied, hands-on role offers exposure to capability strategy, learning programme design, project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, data analysis, digital learning tools, and programme operations. You will work closely with the Commercial Capabilities team and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, regions, functions, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Commercial Capabilities programmes and strategic initiatives across EMEA.
  • Help translate project objectives into clear programme activities, deliverables, timelines, communications, and learning interventions.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars, learning sessions, participant information, materials, attendance, and follow-up activities.
  • Track programme participation, learner engagement, progress, system updates, analytics, and reporting to support reviews, demand planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare programme documentation, stakeholder updates, presentations, briefing materials, invitations, and other audience-appropriate communications.
  • Build effective working relationships with participants, managers, internal stakeholders, and external learning partners, capturing actions and supporting timely follow-through.
  • Support digital learning and collaboration tools, and explore opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve learner experience, programme effectiveness, and team efficiency.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness by maintaining accurate project files and trackers, identifying process improvements, taking ownership of assigned deliverables, and adapting positively to changing priorities.

What We Are Looking For In You:

  • Recently completed, or close to completing, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related subject.
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial excellence or capability building, digital tools and analytics, programme/project management, and sales or marketing enablement.
  • Experience through an internship, university project, student organisation, volunteering activity, or early-career role involving project coordination, research, communications, data analysis, or content development would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, maintain attention to detail, and turn information into clear, structured outputs.
  • Clear and professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a constructive, inclusive, and customer-focused approach to collaboration.
  • Digital confidence and curiosity, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and an interest in digital learning, learning technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

What We Can Offer to You:

  • Broad exposure to commercial capability building across sales, clinical sales, and marketing in a dynamic EMEA environment.
  • Opportunities to contribute to visible EMEA-wide programmes and strategic initiatives that enable our people and support customer and patient outcomes.
  • Practical experience in programme coordination, communications, analysis, stakeholder engagement, digital tools, and project management.
  • Coaching, feedback, and structured opportunities to build professional confidence, judgement, independence, and ownership.
  • Experience working with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions, divisions, and regions.
  • Exposure to potential future career paths across commercial, clinical, marketing, commercial excellence, learning and development, enablement, programme/project management, communications, analytics, and digital capabilities.
