About Honey Shuffle
Honey Shuffle is a fast-growing ecommerce company creating thoughtfully designed home and lifestyle products sold across Amazon marketplaces across Europe and beyond.
We're building a lean, high-performing team that combines AI, creativity and commercial thinking to launch and grow products customers love.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and making a measurable impact—not someone who simply follows a checklist.
About the Role
This role combines ecommerce, AI, content creation, customer psychology and commercial analysis.
You'll be responsible for launching new products, improving existing listings and identifying opportunities to increase traffic, conversion and sales across our Amazon marketplaces.
You'll report directly to the Director and play a key role in helping grow the business.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of products from initial research through launch and ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Do
Product Launches
- Research competitors, customer behaviour and market trends
- Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies
- Create high-converting Amazon listings
- Develop image strategies and creative briefs
- Create and refine AI-generated product images
- Prepare listings for launch across multiple marketplaces
Existing Product Optimisation
- Analyse existing product performance
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic, click-through rate and conversion
- Review customer feedback and competitor listings
- Implement listing improvements
- Continuously optimise product content to drive commercial performance
AI & Content
- Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of your work
- Create effective prompts for copywriting and image generation
- Refine AI-generated content into commercially effective assets
- Continuously improve workflows using AI
Projects & Ownership
- Own products from research through optimisation
- Recommend improvements based on data and customer insights
- Improve internal processes and ways of working
- Contribute ideas that help grow the business
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into action.
You don't need to know everything about Amazon—we can teach the platform. What matters most is your ability to think commercially, learn quickly and execute with confidence.
You are someone who:
- Thinks commercially and enjoys solving problems
- Is naturally curious and asks "why?"
- Turns research into practical actions
- Takes ownership of projects
- Is organised and self-motivated
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Enjoys learning and adopting new technologies
- Uses AI as a tool to improve productivity and quality
RequirementsEssential
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Ecommerce or digital marketing experience
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Experience with Canva or image editing software
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Experience with Helium10, DataDive or similar ecommerce tools
Amazon experience is beneficial but not essential. We value commercial thinking, curiosity and execution more than platform-specific knowledge.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of €40,000–€45,000
- Fully remote working
- Flexible working hours with a results-driven culture
- Salary review after the first 6 months, based on performance
- Annual salary reviews thereafter
- AI software provided (ChatGPT, Canva Pro and other required tools)
- Direct mentoring from the Director
- Opportunity to take ownership of products and projects
- Clear career progression as the business grows
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Launch high-quality product listings independently
- Improve the performance of existing products
- Use AI to create efficient workflows
- Identify opportunities that increase conversion and sales
- Become a trusted owner of multiple products from research through optimisation
Why Join Honey Shuffle?
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining listings or following repetitive processes.
You'll have the opportunity to solve real business challenges, experiment with new ideas, leverage AI to work smarter, and see the direct impact of your work on business growth.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, embraces innovation and wants to grow with an ambitious ecommerce business, we'd love to hear from you.
