Are you organised, proactive and passionate about high-quality online content? Are you looking to make a real difference in how an ecommerce website operates?
Do you want more than just “a job” - a role where you can improve processes, raise standards and take ownership of results? Are you motivated by the opportunity to develop quickly and grow within a successful online business?
Then we’re looking for you to join 123ink.ie in our Dublin office.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, helping to ensure the highest standards across our website while supporting and guiding the content team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the content team, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency across website content
- Oversee product listings and ensure all product information is complete, accurate and well presented
- Help move the team toward a more category-focused approach, actively monitoring and improving key product areas

- Work closely with SEO, marketing and design teams to support website traffic, sales performance and campaigns
- Support marketing activities including email campaigns and promotional content
- Monitor team output and produce reports on progress, accuracy and improvements
- Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency
Develop strong product and website knowledge to support the company’s online growth
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English writing and editing skills

- Knowledge of product page optimisation and SEO

- Experience working with data and performance reporting
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means leading and maintaining high standards across the website, proactively identifying issues before they become problems, and continuously improving how product content and categories are managed. The role suits someone who is proactive, detail-focused and comfortable taking ownership of results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
