SETU invites applications for an Assistant Lecturer in Education for Sustainable Development within the Department of Education in the Faculty of Education and Lifelong Learning. The role will involve curriculum design and development, with a specific focus on ESD (Education for Sustainable Development). The role will form part of the EU-Conexus alliance in SETU, the European University alliance in SETU. Responsibilities will include programme development, curriculum design and teaching to include delivery of short, flexible awards including micro-credentials. The role will include teaching, research (on specific EU Conexus projects) and engagement (with EU Conexus partners across Europe).

The role will primarily focus on the next phase of the European University alliance EU-Conexus called LevelUp and the delivery of outputs relating to the SETU work packages in this initiative. This role will be part of the EU Conexus team in SETU and work with colleagues across a number of disciplines. It also involves working with 8 EU Universities who are members of the EU-CONEXUS European University Alliance.
