Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Associate Director from an Electrical Engineer background to join their leadership team. This is a business-critical appointment offering the opportunity to lead key client relationships and play an influential role in the future direction of the business.

Essential Skills to Succeed

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership through Engineers Ireland or a recognised professional body.
• Extensive experience delivering electrical building services projects within a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high technical and commercial standards.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of relevant Irish and international design standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Track record of delivering large-scale public sector, healthcare, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
