Location: Dublin City Centre or Bray, Co. Wicklow | Type: Full-Time, 45 hours per week| On-Site

The Role
Have you been working in PC repair, have you been fixing PlayStation's/X-boxes for fun; and want to expand your knowledge and give yourself a new challenge, then we have the job for you!

We're looking for a tech-savvy and hands-on problem-solver to keep our state-of-the-art arcade and casino machines running flawlessly. If you have a passion for tinkering, a knack for electronics, and love the satisfaction of a successful repair, this is the role for you. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring maximum uptime and an incredible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, Fix, Maintain: You'll be responsible for everything from installing new machines to performing complex electrical and mechanical repairs.

  • Become the Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues on our PC-based gaming systems.

  • Support the Team: Act as the technical guru for our floor staff, helping them understand and resolve customer-facing tech issues.

  • Own Your Workshop: Manage spare parts, control stock levels, and procure what you need to get the job done.

  • Drive Improvement: Keep meticulous records, help train fellow technicians, and always look for ways to make things better.

  • Stay Safe: Champion and adhere to the highest Health & Safety standards.

  • Proven experience in fault-finding and debugging electronics.

  • A full, clean driver's license and your own vehicle.

  • Ability to travel as required.
