Key Responsibilties & Duties:

• Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
• Ability to communicate with the Kitchen Managers, Chefs and Front of House Management and Staff
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
• Maintain clean and hygienic shut down of kitchen, washing floors, cleaning, sinks, machines, etc

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
• Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
• Thorough attention to detail, excellent time Management skills
