Full job description

We are looking for a junior person to support the rollout and performance of financial services and insurance products across an established automotive retailer network in Ireland.

This is a commercially focused role, combining product deployment, stakeholder engagement and performance optimisation, with a strong emphasis on data-led decision making and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy financial services and insurance products across a national automotive retail network
  • Drive key KPIs including sales performance, penetration rates and product profitability
  • Plan and implement product strategies to grow new and existing business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage pricing and budgeting to ensure products align with commercial objectives
  • Develop business cases for new and innovative products
  • Ensure all company procedures and regulatory requirements are met

About You

  • 1-2 years' of proven experience in product deployment within financial services, insurance or automotive sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions
  • Confident communicator, able to engage credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong presentation capability
  • Knowledge of financial and insurance regulatory environments is advantageous
  • Relevant financial or insurance competency qualifications are beneficial
