Job details - Field Technician, Junior Field Technician & Trainee Field Technicians

Pay - €32k–€50k a year dependent on experience & qualifications.

*Starting point for trainees up to Full Technician with appropriate qualifications & experiences.

Job type - Full-time

*Also possible part-time. Work from home options may be considered or offered.

Normal Shift and schedule - Monday to Friday

*42.5 hour week (with half hour lunch per day included). Flexible hours between 6am to 9pm by agreement.

GreenFire UCS are a Managed Services supplier of a wide range of ICT Solutions & Related Infrastructure (see below). Due to our continued expansion (double in 2 years), we have vacancies for various Field Service Technicians-Engineers & Junior Service Technicians-Enigneers & Trainee Technicians-Engineers. We have a dynamic work environment which lends itself to additional roles for qualified engineers & in general for progression from starters through to senior management influencing the culture & direction of the company.

The successful candidates will have:

· A third level qualification in a relevant electrical / electronics / mechanical engineering discipline or have some relevant proven work experience. In the case of Trainees be enrolled in or have completed a relevant supplier / product course & demonstrate clear aptitude for the role.

· A full driving license.

· Be fully fluent in spoken and written English.

· An inclusive approach to the work environment, fellow staff members & the customers they engage with.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn to become an expert in a variety of products and services.

This person will work as part of the operations team based from our Limerick & Kells, Co.Meath offices & other new planed locations & will provide technical support and services to customers across the island of Ireland & beyond, catering for our future expansion plans. This role could suit someone recently qualified or who has some relevant work experience or suitable trainees, as full training will be provided.

A company laptop will be provided & where necessary a fully expensed company vehicle. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €32k-€50k per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday with some agreed overtime & weekend work on occasion. Any work out of agreed hours will attract 1.25 overtime rates unless otherwise agreed.

Education: Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Language: Fully Fluent Standard English (required)

Licence/Certification: EU Drivers Licence (required)
