Tusa IT are growing our team. We are looking for team members who can approach challenges with confidence improvising, adapting and overcoming as required.

  • Manage IT Services across office environment ensuring users have Tecnical issues resolved in a timely professional manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for support issues
  • Be willing to continue training in all areas of IT
  • Identification of improvement projects and where availability permits delivery of these projects
  • Be aware of IT security
  • Identify & resolve risks
  • Preparation of PCs laptops
  • Manage file and print
  • Monitor and manage backups
  • Reseaech and recommend best fit solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
