NOW HIRING: On-Site Technical Support in Dublin!
(Must be currently based in Dublin, Ireland — No visa sponsorship)

We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team on-site in Dublin.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (40 hrs/week) | Shift-based
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch technical support within a busy call center / IT helpdesk environment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Deliver professional, customer-focused support
Strictly follow established technical and data protection procedures, including GDPR compliance
Requirements:
Must be currently living in Dublin with valid full-time work authorization (40 hours/week) — No visa sponsorship available
Education & Experience: Graduate or undergraduate (undergrad is welcome!) with a course related to the job. If your course is not related, you must have proven work experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Call Center.
Fluent in English (proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a major plus)
AI & Certifications (Preferred/Bonus, not strictly required): AI experience and AI certificates—including CBMAI-D3 certification or equivalent—are highly valued and will give your application an advantage!
