PanaEpos is looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Support Engineer, covering client sites across Ireland. No previous experience or certifications required, just a full, clean driving licence, a practical mindset, and the drive to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing on-site and remote technical support for Epos Systems
• On-site installation as part of a team.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Configuring and maintaining equipment post-installation
• Supporting and training end users on-site
• Travelling to client locations across Ireland as required

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Good hands-on/practical and troubleshooting skills
• Natural problem solver with a keen eye for quality
• Organised, efficient, and professional when working on client sites
• Full clean driving licence
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
