Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in finance, tax, accounting, or related data-centric fields.
- Experience managing data, conducting reconciliations, and drafting operational documentation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, or global mobility tax.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, spreadsheet automation, or database visualization tools (SQL, Looker).
- Ability to manage operational ambiguity and adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with a proven ability to distill complex administrative guidelines into simple, digestible information.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage various critical equity administration workflows that support company policies, and global compliance including vendor management.
- Help characters to navigate the complexities surrounding their stock equity using various communications, training programs and resources and engaging in cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the issues affecting characters and their stock equity.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, and needs in equity compliance and operational processes.
- Review issue post-mortems, identify next steps for improvement and follow-up with teams as needed.
- Provide a positive participant experience, answer character questions and send out communications as needed.
