Join Lily & Wild Event Catering

Lily & Wild is an established Irish hospitality business with over 25 years’ experience delivering high-quality catering at corporate events, private functions and large-scale venues. Our reputation is built on professional service, strong teamwork and attention to detail.

We are now recruiting experienced Waiting & Bar Staff to join our events team in the Greater Dublin area on a casual, event-based basis.

This role suits hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, work well in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering excellent service.

The Role

As part of our event team, you will:

  • Deliver professional food and beverage service at events
  • Work on weddings, corporate functions, race meetings and large-scale hospitality events
  • Provide attentive, friendly service while maintaining high standards
  • Work efficiently as part of a structured, organised team
  • Represent Lily & Wild with professionalism at all times

Events take place across Dublin and surrounding areas. Shifts include evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in waiting, bar or hospitality roles
  • Strong customer service skills and a confident manner
  • Experience working in busy, high-volume service environments
  • Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented
  • Flexibility to work event-based hours

Bar experience is an advantage.
