Full job description
We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team within a fast-paced, international business environment. This is a trusted partner role, offering the opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders, manage competing priorities and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
This position would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, demonstrates exceptional judgement and takes a proactive approach to supporting senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive support to multiple senior leaders.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across international time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including multi-city itineraries.
- Prepare schedules, meeting materials and travel documentation.
- Process expenses and assist with document preparation and approvals.
- Organise leadership meetings, business events and visitor coordination.
About You
- Significant experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise managing complex diaries and international travel.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
