We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team within a fast-paced, international business environment. This is a trusted partner role, offering the opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders, manage competing priorities and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.

This position would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, demonstrates exceptional judgement and takes a proactive approach to supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated executive support to multiple senior leaders.
  • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across international time zones.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including multi-city itineraries.
  • Prepare schedules, meeting materials and travel documentation.
  • Process expenses and assist with document preparation and approvals.
  • Organise leadership meetings, business events and visitor coordination.

About You
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise managing complex diaries and international travel.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
