With further growth planned, we are now expanding again and are preparing to open an additional office in Carrick-On-Shannon.

With ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we are now recruiting Trainee and Qualified Financial Advisors specifically for our Longford Office

The Role

As a Financial Advisor with Actual Insurances, you will play a key role in delivering trusted advice and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of professional customer service
  • Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand client needs and financial objectives
  • Recommend and sell suitable financial and insurance products
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM and administration systems
  • Ensure all activity is carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Salary & Package

  • Basic Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • OTE €70,000+, with top performers earning up to €150,000

Hybrid working may be available once fully trained and qualified.
