We are seeking to hire a Catering Assistant to join the KSG Catering team in the IDA Science and Technology Park, Haynestown, Dundalk.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, and candidates must be flexible regarding the working hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, kitchen, or similar environment is desirable
  • A friendly, positive, and can-do attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organised, and hardworking
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • HACCP knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer needs in the unit
  • HACCP record keeping as required
  • Clearing Tables: ensuring that there are always clean tables available for customers.
  • Cleaning general floor area
  • Ensuring you go the extra mile for customers
