Career Vision Recruiters are looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our busy, high-volume Restaurant & Diner in Co. Kildare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a strong team while delivering exceptional customer service and operational standards.

The Role

As F&B Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and diner, ensuring the business runs efficiently, profitably and to a consistently high standard.

You will lead from the front, supporting and developing your management and service teams while maintaining excellent standards across food, service, people, health & safety and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant and diner
  • Lead, motivate and develop a large hospitality team
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, service and presentation
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively
  • Monitor stock, purchasing, waste and operational costs
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety and licensing requirements
  • Drive excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer feedback
  • Train and mentor team members and develop future hospitality leaders
  • Manage busy periods and large-volume service with confidence
  • Implement and maintain company procedures and operational standards
  • Contribute to menu, service and operational improvements

  • Is confident managing and motivating a large team
  • Has strong commercial and operational awareness
  • Understands labour, food cost and stock control
  • Is organised, practical and solution-focused
  • Leads by example and enjoys being visible on the floor
  • Has excellent communication and people-management skills
  • Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an excellent guest experience
