Senior Site Manager
Location: Galway
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead an established site team within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations.
- Manage supervisors and site teams.
- Act as the main client contact.
- Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, equipment moves, and small projects.
- Plan labour, materials, and resources.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Build strong client relationships and support project delivery.
About You
- Experience managing site operations, construction, maintenance, or facilities teams.
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Commercially aware with a practical, solution-focused approach.
Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, clean-room, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
