Senior Site Manager

Location: Galway
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead an established site team within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations.
  • Manage supervisors and site teams.
  • Act as the main client contact.
  • Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, equipment moves, and small projects.
  • Plan labour, materials, and resources.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Build strong client relationships and support project delivery.

About You

  • Experience managing site operations, construction, maintenance, or facilities teams.
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
  • Commercially aware with a practical, solution-focused approach.

Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, clean-room, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
