Soft Services Area Support Manager - Leinster Region (Mobile Position)

I'm partnering with a leading global facilities management and workplace services provider to recruit a Soft Services Area Support Manager. This is a mobile role covering the Leinster region, supporting multiple client sites and operational teams across a diverse portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Soft Services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys driving operational excellence, developing teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the wider Operations, QA, and Finance teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting successful contract mobilisations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of Soft Services across multiple sites throughout the Leinster region, ensuring consistent service excellence.
  • Deliver cleaning skills training and development programmes to operational teams.
  • Partner with QA and SME teams to conduct site reviews and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved performance.
  • Provide mobilisation support and change management guidance during new contract launches and transitions.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to company standards and procedures across all locations.
  • Support the onboarding and development of new managers, helping them build confidence and capability in their roles.
  • Identify and implement supplier-led cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, QA, Finance, and site teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience within Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or a Soft Services environment.
  • Experience delivering training and coaching operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and health & safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple sites and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively throughout Leinster.
