Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Attendant to support the cleanliness and smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for staff, visitors, and guests. The role is a Fixed Term 9 month contract with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitisation of common areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials.
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms as required.
  • Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Provide basic customer service, answering questions and assisting visitors when needed.
  • Empty and dispose of trash and recycling according to facility procedures.
  • Report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions to management promptly.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Good communication skills.
  • Understanding of cleaning specifications and standards.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail; organised and adaptable.
  • Ability to use initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: From €15.50 per hour
