The Company

JM Canty International Ltd. is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of vision-based process instrumentation. This includes vessel sight glasses & lighting, process vessel and high temperature cameras, and vision-based particle sizing equipment, for a wide variety of industries, primarily pharmaceutical, chemical, and oil & gas.

To support continued growth and increasing demand across the European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets, JM Canty is expanding operations in Dublin. The role for an Order Entry and Office Admin will be based at JM Canty’s Dublin facility and will be primarily responsible for, but is not limited to;

The Role

  • Receives and processes customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verifies order quantities and manages customer requests, changes, or adjustments as needed.
  • Provides customers with updates on order status, shipping details, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinates shipping and transportation logistics to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Maintains timely email communication with customers, including responses and follow-up correspondence.
  • Tracks, monitors, and reporting metrics to support operational efficiency and customer service goals.
  • Purchasing support duties such as calling on purchase order statuses with suppliers, verifying banking information, and other support function

As the successful candidate develops in the role, additional responsibilities may be added.

The Candidate

Desirable: Relevant experience, comfortable knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The Person: Excellent communication skills, well organized.

Pay: €20.00-€23.00 per hour
