Tired of commuting to Dublin every day?

Elite Tech Precision is a growing company based in Naas, Co. Kildare, and we are looking for an experienced Service Administrator / Service Coordinator to join our team.

If you have experience in Facilities Management, maintenance, engineering services, building services or a similar industry, and you're looking for a hands-on coordination role closer to home, we'd like to hear from you.

This is not a general office administration role. You will be working within our service and maintenance team, supporting the Service Manager and coordinating with engineers, customers and suppliers to make sure jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently.

You will have a Service Manager to report to and work closely with, so this is an ideal position for someone who has solid industry experience and is confident managing the day-to-day coordination of service jobs.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of service and maintenance jobs, including:

  • Taking incoming service requests from customers.
  • Scheduling engineers for reactive and planned works.
  • Contacting customers to arrange access and appointments.
  • Keeping customers updated on job progress.
  • Liaising with engineers regarding jobs, site information and requirements.
  • Following jobs through from initial request to completion.
  • Updating job sheets, work orders and service records.
  • Processing engineers' reports and paperwork.
  • Following up outstanding jobs and return visits.
  • Assisting with quotations and additional works.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding parts and deliveries.
  • Assisting with invoicing and completed jobs.
  • Dealing with urgent and reactive requests when required.
  • Supporting the Service Manager and wider operations team.

We're looking for someone who already understands a service, maintenance or FM environment.

You don't need to be a manager, but you do need previous experience coordinating service jobs, engineers, technicians or maintenance teams.

You may currently be working as a:

  • Service Administrator
  • Service Coordinator
  • FM Administrator
  • Facilities Coordinator
  • Maintenance Administrator
  • Maintenance Coordinator
  • Helpdesk Coordinator
  • Engineering Administrator

Experience we're looking for:

  • 2–3+ years' experience in a similar service, FM, maintenance or engineering environment.
  • Experience coordinating engineers, technicians or service teams.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with customers by phone and email.
  • Ability to manage several jobs and priorities at the same time.
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using job management, scheduling systems is an advantage.
  • A calm and organised approach when dealing with urgent requests.
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner.

Why Join Elite Tech Precision?

This is an opportunity to join an established and growing business in Naas, working as part of a busy service team with the support of an experienced Service Manager.

You'll have a varied role, working with engineers, customers and suppliers, without the expectation of managing a department or team.

And if you're currently commuting into Dublin every day, why not spend less time on the road and work closer to home?
