Full job description

· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Have good organisational and administration skills.

· Be confident working with people from a range of backgrounds.

· Be reliable, professional and able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Be flexible in relation to roster requirements.

· Be willing to develop towards increased supervisory and management responsibilities.

· Experience within accommodation services, social care, healthcare, homelessness, international protection, community services or a similar environment.

· Previous experience involving administration, team support, supervision or operational responsibilities.

· Knowledge of NQSF standards, inspection processes and regulatory requirements is desirable. · An understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, incident reporting and risk management would be advantageous.

As part of a performance management system, you will participate in regular support & supervision meetings with your manager. You will undertake any training which Vesemir considers necessary for your further development.

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
