About Namo
Namo is an emerging, fast-growing food brand expanding across Ireland. We’re known for high-quality food, strong systems, and a culture that values leadership, accountability, and energy. Our Athlone store is our newest opening, and we’re looking for a Store Manager who wants to be part of the journey from day one.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Athlone location. You’ll be involved from pre-opening, hiring and training the team, setting standards, and leading the store through launch and beyond.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead the store team from opening
  • Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality
  • Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste
  • Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
  • Maintain high operational standards on every shift
  • Act as the main point of responsibility for the store

  • Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
  • Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
  • Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
