Your Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

  • Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing, and mobility
  • Promote dignity, independence, and individuality at all times
  • Provide emotional, physical, and social support
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and hobbies
  • Work closely with nurses and senior care staff to deliver excellent care
  • Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
