Full job description

Join our team at Thermodial, where we deliver exceptional technical services to clients across industries. We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our expanding field-based team in Dublin.

This permanent, full-time role offers strong development potential and the chance to join a well-established Irish building services company known for its integrity, technical excellence and long-standing client relationships.

As a Refrigeration Technician you will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Scheduling Manager and Contracts Managers:

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor upgrades and reactive repairs
  • Accurate and timely reporting, quotations, and site documentation
  • Customer-first service, promoting first-time fixes and energy-efficient outcomes

What we’re looking for:

  • Solas/national craft certificate/trade cert
  • Proven experience in fault finding and problem solving
  • ‘B’ category driving license, as this is a field-based role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Someone who thrives on responsibility, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report issues during maintenance visits, proposing practical solutions
  • Maintain strong communication with your team, other departments, and clients
