Full job description

We are seeking a motivated Financial Services individual to join our growing business. QFA is essential. It is a challenging yet rewarding role on our customer focused team.

The vacancy would ideally suit a professional with experience in banking, mortgage processing and client relationship management.

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Full training will be provided to upskill the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Management of the mortgage process from initial meeting to drawdown of funds. Full training will be provided.
  • Tracking of our pipeline business to ensure efficient follow-up
  • Ensuring applications are complete, accurate and compliant with all procedures
  • Dealing with administration queries on a daily basis
  • Bank teller transactions as required (lodgements, withdrawals, account queries)

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • QFA - Qualified Financial Adviser qualification is essential
  • Experience in the mortgage / banking / financial services industry (3 years is preferable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
