Full job description

Shannon Valley Group is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at head office in Donabate, North Dublin.

This is a full time front-of-house role, where you will ensure a welcoming experience while also supporting in the smooth operation of head office.

Main Responsibilities & Office Duties may include:

  • Front of House/ Receptionist: Serving as the primary point of contact by greeting and assisting visitors on arrival, answering and directing phone calls and managing paper dockets and filing systems.
  • Accounts Payable & Purchasing Support: Reviewing, verifying and importing purchase invoices into the system to ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Performing regular reconciliations for supplier/creditor statements, as well as Visa and debit card transactions.
  • Fleet & Logistics Administration: Managing motor vehicle tax renewals and assisting in the processing fuel/diesel rebate claims.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as required by the team to include overseeing office inventory, ordering stationery, providing document/ booklet preparation services- including photocopying, binding, and laminating, booking flights;

You must have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent attention to detail is required and;
  • Strong IT skills is a must;
