Full job description

The Graduate is a very busy Pub & Restaurant located in Killiney, County Dublin A96 KA09

We currently require a day-time manager who will be responsible to our general managers. The job is from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive each week, working hours are are day-time, 8.30 - 5.30 reaching a total of 43 hours per week. A minimum of 4 years experience within the Irish Hospitality sector is required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:-

  • Carrying out all opening procedures - developing new procedures where necessary
  • Taking in deliveries & ensure Cellar area is kept clean & tidy at all times
  • Entering of delivery information onto Procure Wizard (training will be given)
  • Looking after function booking enquiries
  • Setting up function rooms & lounge areas for various bookings
  • Daily Float Checks
  • General Bar Person & food service duties
  • updating both General Managers at all times
  • Fire log maintenance, ensuring compliance at all times
