About Us: The Schull Harbour Hotel Bar is known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional food and service. We are looking for a talented and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team : Supervise and motivate the food and beverage team to ensure top-notch service delivery in the Bar & Bistro.
  • Guest Service: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, responding to any requests or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Daily Operations: Managing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including managing shifts and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training and mentoring staff, helping them reach their full potential and adhere to company standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • The ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
