We are now hiring a Legal Executive who has fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English as this role involves providing legal and client support to Brazilian nationals throughout the residential conveyancing process.

At Jacob Law, you will operate at the legal side of the transaction — managing conveyancing files under solicitor supervision while delivering a best-in-class client experience to Brazilian Nationals.

The Role

As the exclusive legal executive dealing with Brazilian Nationals, you will:

  • Run a pipeline of conveyancing files under the supervision of our legal team
  • Be the main point of contact for our Brazilian Clients
  • Drive transactions forward proactively
  • Manage timelines and ensure all parties are aligned
  • Deliver clear, confident and professional communication in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Maintain exceptional organisation and file accuracy

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a Legal Executive in legal conveyancing matters, estate agency, banking, mortgage processing or financial services
  • Are fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, and English, written and spoken
  • Thrive on deadlines and structured processes
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
