We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional customer service and sales performance.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will oversee sales performance, stock management, merchandising, and operational standards while fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-first culture.
  • Drive store sales and achieve performance targets.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure attractive product presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor store profitability and control operational costs.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members.
  • Maintain health, safety, and animal welfare standards where applicable.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
