Pay Rates
- Weekdays: €16.00 per hour
- Weekday Evenings: €18.90–€20.00 per hour
- Saturdays: €24.00 per hour
- Sundays: €32.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays: €32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks.
- Support clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Follow individual care plans and company policies.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control procedures.
- Promote client safety, wellbeing, and choice.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Follow Health and Safety policies and report concerns appropriately.
- Attend training, supervision sessions, and team meetings as required.
Essential Requirements
- QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
- Permission to work in Ireland.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
- Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis.
