Full-Time Fry Cook / Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fry Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our busy food team.

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook fried chicken, fish & chips, loaded fries and other fryer items.

-Operate the fryer safely and efficiently during busy service periods.

- Follow portion sizes, recipes and food quality standards.

- Assist with basic food preparation when required.

- Keep the fryer and cooking station clean, organised and well stocked.

- Wash utensils, trays and kitchen equipment.

- Carry out general kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift cleaning.

- Follow food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures.

- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

-Has previous kitchen or fryer experience, preferably in a takeaway or fast-paced food environment.

- Can work confidently during busy periods.

- Is clean, organised and reliable.

- Is willing to do both cooking and cleaning duties.

- Can work evenings and weekends as required.

- Can start immediately.

Position: Full-Time Role: Fry Cook / Kitchen Assistant

Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour
