We are a busy, well-established Private Consulting Rooms in Limerick dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients in a friendly and professional environment.

We are seeking an organized, detail- orientated professional with passion for healthcare and ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Medical Administrator, you will be the a backbone of our healthcare facility, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with medical staff, patients and external partners to provide outstanding administrative support and seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
  • Manage appointments, patient records and billing systems
  • Coordinate communication between the office and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
  • Support medical staff with administrative tasks and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail , organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records
  • Driving license/ Car
