Full job description

Location Monasterevin/ Hybrid Model Available.

The continued growth and success of Face Credit means they require another credit control specialist to help with their expanding list of clients who are startups, SMEs and large multinationals. To work at Face Credit, you won't see credit management as being a chore. Quite the opposite, you'll enjoy working with debtors and have the ability to reach a settlement professionally and amicably.

Face Credit Consultancy has had incredible success to date due to being results-driven, very clear about their objectives, obsessed with detail and providing first-class service to their clients. This is all delivered in supportive office in Naas.

The working hours are typically 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with flexibility when required and no late nights. Work-life balance is championed; you can work in the office or on a hybrid model. You'll be part of a caring team with solid values that will support you.

Most importantly, you'll enter a whole new world of training and development where you'll learn from the very best and improve your credit management skills in every way. Once you've shown your capabilities, you'll be given responsibility for clients and trained for consultancy work. The continuing success of Face Credit means you could be a team lead within two years.

On top of your salary, providing successful leads will earn a percentage of the deal.

Skills required

. Have a keen sense of urgency and ability to work at a fast pace.

. Ability to work unsupervised to complete daily weekly monthly tasks

. Excellent communication skills verbal written and listening.

. Ability to manage aged debt and report any risk of bad debt to the business

. Works well in a team environment.

. Strong attention to detail and can prioritise workload.

. Proficient in excel word.

. Proven track record in a target driven business.

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
