Full job description

The Park House Hotel is a 4 Star hotel located in Galway city with an excellent reputation for customer service and food and renowned for its warmth and friendliness. Established in 1975 as the Eyre House Restaurant on Eyre Square, the restaurant is unlike most hotel restaurants in that it has a very strong identity of its own and a very loyal customer base among Galway locals and visitors to the city.

The hotel is located in Galway city centre and consists of the Park House Restaurant, Boss Doyle’s Bar and accommodation of 99 luxury bedrooms. With an excellent location in Galway city the hotel has a very strong annual occupancy level of 85 %.
