Senior Sales Executive – Aaamber Motors, Galway

Aaamber Motors is a SIMI-registered used car dealership based at Riverside Industrial Park, Tuam Road, Galway. We're a family-run business with a reputation built on quality stock, honest dealing and looking after customers long after they drive away. We're now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

Video is a big part of how we sell, so this role suits someone who enjoys being on camera and connecting with customers online as well as in the showroom.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, guiding them from the first enquiry through test drive, finance and trade-in to handover. You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up online and phone leads quickly, and take pride in delivering a smooth, professional buying experience. As a senior member of the team, you'll also help shape how we present our stock, both on the forecourt and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in, phone, email and online enquiries (DoneDeal, Carzone, website and social media leads)
  • Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations and handovers
  • Appraise trade-ins and negotiate deals that work for both the customer and the business
  • Arrange finance applications with our lending partners and explain options clearly
  • Complete all sales paperwork accurately and in line with consumer and finance regulations
  • Create and appear in short social media videos (walkarounds, new stock arrivals, customer handovers) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Follow up with customers after the sale and build repeat and referral business
  • Keep stock presentation, pricing and online listings up to standard
  • Work toward monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in motor sales (used or franchise)
  • Strong knowledge of finance products (HP, PCP) and trade-in valuation
  • Comfortable on camera and happy to front video content for our social media channels
  • Experience creating social media content is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important
  • Confident, honest communicator who builds trust with customers
  • Organised and self-motivated, with good follow-up habits
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online listing platforms
  • Full clean Irish/EU driving licence

Hours
